Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Frontness, operated by Life flow AB, Kristinebergsgatan 11A, 504 41 Borås, Sweden.
The service
Frontness hosts static websites and gives AI agents a way to write them. You keep every right to what you publish. We claim no licence to your content beyond what is needed to store and serve it.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox: whoever can read it can reach your account. Tell us at help@frontness.com if you believe someone else has.
What you may not host
Material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, that impersonates a person or an organisation, or that exists to deceive — phishing, fake shops, fabricated reviews. We may suspend a site that does, and will tell you why.
Agents
An agent you connect acts with the permissions you approved at sign-in. It can write drafts freely. It cannot publish: a publish request is shown to you and you decide. What an agent writes is your content and your responsibility.
Price and payment
Drafts are free and unlimited. So is one published site on a frontness.com address.
The paid plan removes both limits — any number of published sites, and your own domains. It costs 15 USD per published site per month, or 150 USD per published site per year, excluding VAT. Every published site on the plan counts.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Publish another site and the amount changes from the next period, pro rata. You can cancel at any time and keep the service until the period you have paid for ends.
Uptime and change
We aim to keep sites available and fast, but we do not promise a specific uptime figure. We will not remove a feature you depend on without telling you first.
Data processing
When your sites handle other people's personal data, you are the controller and we are the processor. The data processing agreement is the annex to these terms; it names our sub-processors and how long form submissions are kept. See the privacy policy.
Liability
Our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue or lost data beyond that. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law.
Ending it
You can close your account whenever you like and export your files first. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if a site breaks the rules above. Your files are deleted after termination.
Law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are heard by Borås District Court.
